While many people find it helpful to anchor attention on the breath, body or sounds — as primarily taught in classic Breathworks courses — there are other ways to practise too. Evolving Awareness is a new course led by Senior Trainer Ginny Wall, offering the chance to explore a subtly different approach: natural or effortless mindfulness. Instead of focusing on the content of your experience — like thoughts, sensations or pain — this style of practice invites you to rest in the awareness that holds it all. Some meditators find it a gentler, more intuitive way to practise mindfulness - one that can offer relief when you're feeling overwhelmed, in pain, or anxious. It's a tool that can complement traditional mindfulness, or as a new way in if this hasn't worked for you before. Who Is This For? This course is for anyone who wants to explore a different way of practising mindfulness — one that’s more spacious, intuitive, and easeful. How The Course Works Across six weeks, you’ll be guided through six awareness-based approaches to mindfulness. Each weekly module includes: 🎥 1 x teaching video from Ginny (10–16 minutes) 🔔 1 x brand new guided meditation ☀️ 2 x accessible and simple 'Everyday Mindfulness' practices 💬 1 x short video with tips for approaching that week’s practice 📝 1 x Practice Guide, summing up the week’s key ideas and things to try 📖 Extra resources — diagrams, reflections or further reading You’ll also have access to: 💻 A private, moderated discussion space within our online learning platform 🤝 4 x live Zoom sessions with Ginny and your group (for Q&A, shared practice and connection) How To Access The Course Your course materials will be housed in our online Community of Practice. To join the course, we'll ask you to create a free account, if you do not already have one. You will be part of a private space visible to just your cohort, and will receive lifelong access to the materials, even after the course ends. And who are we, really, within that?🎵 Meditation: Gone, Gone Meet Your Teacher: Ginny Wall Ginny Wall is an experienced mindfulness teacher who has been teaching individuals and groups for over 20 years. Cancellation Policy The following proportion of your fee will be refundable if you cancel your place on the event: Up to 7 days before the event starts you will receive a refund of any course fees paid, less a £25 admin fee. If cancelled within 7 days of the start date, we cannot refund any of the fees paid. Up to 7 days before the event starts, you can transfer your booking (and all fees paid) to another comparable event.
