Meet the Teacher

Emma Tian Williamson

Emma Tian Williamson

This course will be led by experienced Breathworks teacher Emma Tian Williamson.

Emma is a qualified mindfulness, yoga, and Qigong teacher with a profound interest in transforming our experiences through heightened awareness.

Her journey into mindfulness began after experiencing stress-related burnout, which served as a catalyst for her to explore paths towards greater balance and peace.

Emma creates a warm and inclusive environment in her teaching, encouraging students to explore how stillness and movement can deepen their mind-body connection.

She teaches classes in London studios, retreats around the world and programmes in workplaces.  Her past clients include the Department of Health & Social Care, Kings College London, University College of London, and Wilderness Festival.

Mindfulness played a crucial role in helping Emma navigate through grief, fueling her passion for her work at St Joseph's Hospice, where she teaches weekly sessions for patients, carers, and volunteers.

For Emma, mindfulness is an “antidote for modern life.” She finds immense joy in sharing the tools that have helped her lead a more balanced, resilient, and happy life.
